Sharing & publication policy

1. Using social media, conducting live streams, and showcasing our services

In order to diminish potential hazards associated with AI-generated content, we have established a policy on acceptable sharing practices.

Publishing your unique prompts or completions on social media is usually permitted, as is live streaming your engagement or illustrating our services to audiences. We ask that you comply with the following regulations:

  • Conduct a manual examination of each AI generation prior to sharing or during live streaming.
  • Attribute the content to your individual or corporate identity.
  • Ensure that the AI-generated nature of the content is clear to all potential users, leaving no room for misinterpretation.
  • Refrain from disseminating content that breaches our Usage Policies or that could potentially offend other individuals.
  • While accepting audience requests for prompts, exercise discretion; avoid inputting prompts that could lead to breaches of our Usage Policies.

If there's a specific completion that you want the team at Pu'ersa to be aware of, feel free to reach out to us via email.

  • Bear in mind that your interactions are with the unfiltered model, which means we do not screen for biased or negative outputs.

2. Jointly Developed Content with the Pu'ersa API

For those creators who aspire to publish their original written work (for instance, a novel, anthology of short tales) that's partly developed with the Pu'ersa API, it's permissible under these specific conditions:

  • The publicized material is credited to your personal name or corporate entity.
  • The AI's involvement in the creation of the content is overtly disclosed in a manner that is impossible for any reader to overlook and comprehensible enough for the average reader.
  • The themes of the material do not infringe Pu'ersa's Usage Policies or Terms of Use, that is, they don't involve mature content, spam, hateful content, content inciting violence, or any other usage that might induce societal detriment.
  • We respectfully request you to abstain from circulating outputs that might cause offense to others.

As an example, in a Preface or an Opening note (or a similar section), the respective roles of drafting, editing, etc. must be delineated. One should not present API-generated material as being entirely human-made or completely AI-made, and it is the human who must bear the final accountability for the published content.
